The room I booked was functional and beautifully maintained with Balcony, fridge and a minibar. The location in a downtown area was convenient and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. The staff were very amiable and assisted me greatly...
Their staff were a bit rude.

The hotel was very nice and most of the staff spoke some English. They were wonderful about the (paid) shuttle service from the airport, my plane was late and they waited for me. They also allowed me a late checkout, at first telling me it would cost me a half day (which was fine), but in the end, they didn't charge any extra, so this was nice. I felt it was a good value though for the money.
It would have been nice if they had some sort of maps at the hotel for their guest like the bigger hotels, but it was not a big deal. The only real problem I had was the air conditioner. I got more results opening the windows than turning on the air, but then I had the street noise to deal with.

For tea and goodies visit green tea tea house, located close by. The venue was set in the very central position.

Noise - I heard people on above floor walking, closing doors, etc no currtains for the balcony, just on the windows there was a window in my room to the hotel hall and light was on for the whole night, so it was shining to the bedroom - poor sleeping - that light should be switched off.

A budget-friendly retreat
The hotel's spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the team was helpful throughout our stay. It was also conveniently close to tram stops for easy access to the city.
The traffic noise at night was quite intrusive was good. Breakfast options could also be improved as variety was lacking.

Cozy stay with clean rooms and kind staff 😊. The rooftop breakfast had a lovely view, though the offerings could be fresher 🌅.

Stayed at razvan for 4 nights and really enjoyed the stylish vibe and immaculate cleanliness. It's a comfortable 25-30 minute walk to the main square, with nice bakeries and shops along the way. The breakfast offered authentic romanian dishes, a good change.
the air conditioning could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the bustling historic city center, made exploring so easy for us. The staff were accommodating, especially when we asked for hot water for our baby. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations!
My wife says that a kettle would have been great for prepping baby food.

The hotel is realy close to the city center which is super handy for exploring. Staff were friendly and helped us out when we needed stuff. Breakfast had some nice options and was actually pretty good too. My room was clean and comfy. Plus, the price was great for what you get!
The air conditioning was kinda noisy and it didn't keep the room cool enough at times. Parking was a bit of a hassle since there wasn't any available.
